Award-winning journalist and author Spike Gillespie leads a conversation about the many ways journaling can improve your mental and physical health. Attendees will share stories of their journaling journeys, learn how to build a journal habit, and dismantle obstacles coming between the writer and the blank page. We will do some in class writing and (optional) sharing.
Price includes a nice journal and a delicious vegetarian lunch. All levels welcome from lifelong journal keepers to newbies.
