Artist / Instructor FAQ

Welcome! We are delighted to offer our studio as a creative space for artists and instructors to host classes for their communities. Please review the following guidelines so expectations are clear for everyone.

Use of the Space

• The studio is offered free of charge to approved artists/instructors.

• All instructors must be vetted by Gina, and class dates must be scheduled in advance based on availability.

• We generally limit classes to no more than two per month.

• Classes are held on Saturdays or Sundays.

Class Structure & Pricing

• Based on experience, a class fee of $100 tends to fill most successfully, though you are free to set your own price.

• Class start times are typically 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, and a 3-hour class is strongly encouraged for both teaching flow and student experience.

• You set your own minimum and maximum class size.

Registration & Payment

• We do not collect or manage instructor payments.

• Please provide a website, Venmo, or Zelle for students to pay you directly.

• We ask that you collect student email addresses and/or phone numbers so you can communicate with them directly regarding class details, supplies, and reminders.
